Rio Open 2025 press accreditation
Dear Journalist,
The Rio Open presented by Claro, the biggest tennis tournament of South America and the only ATP 500 event in Brazil, is celebrating its 11th edition in grand style in the stunning "Cidade Maravilhosa" (Marvelous City). From February 15 to 23, the event will take place at the Jockey Club Brasileiro, not only to celebrate a decade of sporting success but also to provide tennis enthusiasts with a unique opportunity to be part of this history.
We would like to inform you that press accreditation is now open and can be completed between January 17 and 27 through this link.
Please note that submitting the form does not guarantee accreditation, as there is limited space for the press during the event. To ensure comfort, safety, and quality service for all, specific restrictions will be applied to teams, as outlined below:
Newspaper: 1 journalist and 1 photographer
News Agency: 1 journalist and 1 photographer
Magazine: 1 journalist and 1 photographer
Radio: 1 journalist
Website: 1 journalist and 1 photographer
TV: 1 team (maximum of 3 people)
Starting February 5, all applicants will receive an email with the status of their accreditation. Approvals will include detailed information on how to pick up credentials and the type of access granted.
It is essential that the accreditation is submitted in the name of the media outlet.
Only professionals actively working in the editorial field will be accredited. Accreditation requests from fan sites, blogs, fan social media pages, or non-journalistic outlets will not be considered. Similarly, accreditation requests from photographers and individuals not affiliated with media organizations will not be accepted. Additionally, accreditation requests from documentary, film, biography, book producers, or any media that does not generate original content will not be considered. Freelancers must submit a letter on official letterhead from the media outlet, signed by the responsible editor, to the emails [email protected] and [email protected].
By registering, you agree to correctly input your personal data, authorizing the Event to process it for purposes in accordance with the legal bases for organizing and controlling access to the event. You also commit to following current health and safety protocols, as well as any updates that may be established during the event.
