Persons with disabilities

Tickets for persons with disabilities can be purchased at the Eventim website, choosing the ‘PCD’ category.

Half price

According to Federal and State Laws, these are the groups with the right to pay half price:

Students up to bachelor level, with corresponding documentation.

People with 60 years of age or older, with ID.

People from 15 years of age to 29 from low income families registered at CadÚnico.

People up to 21 years of age, with ID.

People with disabilities and one escort, with corresponding documentation.

Teachers and servers of Rio de Janeiro’s (city) public education system, with corresponding documentation.

Children

Children up to 2 years of age can enter without tickets, as long as they stay in the lap of their parents/legal tutors, who have to be ticket holders.

Free entrance

People who have the right to free entrance should attend the Tribuna Social do Jockey (address: Praça Santos Dumont, 31 – Gávea), with ID, on December 7 and 8, from 10am to 6pm, to register themselves.

Up to one month after the registration, we will get in touch over email to confirm the availability of tickets. Tickets can only be rescued on the day of the session.

Entrance at the Tribuna Social do Jockey is not allowed wearing shorts and flip-flops.

Free entrance is allowed to:

Children under 12 years of age (with ID), with an adult who has to purchase a ticket for the same section (with documentation that proves the connection to the child).

People over 65 years of age.

Persons with disabilities.

Exchange and cancellation

It is not possible to alter the ticket, session, sector, seat, event, delivery or any other information after purchase.

For website purchases, it is possible to cancel up to 7 days after purchase at the shopping history (histórico de compras). However, 2 days before the session, cancellations are not allowed.

It is not possible to partially cancel one purchase. All tickets from the same purchased will be cancelled.

The payment reversal can occur in two months, depending on the bank.

My ticket was lost or robbed

Eventim is not responsible for tickets that are lost or robbed, after the delivery has taken place.

Cameras

Profissional equipment, with removable lens, is not allowed.

Food and beverages

It is allowed to bring food and beverages, as long as there is no intention of selling them at the venue. Fruits and sandwiches should be in transparent containers and industrialized food should be closed. It is not allowed to enter with glass bottles or alcoholic beverages.

Persons with diabetes are allowed to enter with their medication and special food, as long as they have corresponding documentation.

Baby stroller

We recommend not taking baby strollers due to space and mobility issues. Entering courts with strollers is not allowed. It is possible to use it in the rest of the venue, but there is no place to keep the stroller.

Forbidden items

It is not allowed to sell objects or food/beverages at the event. Objects such as cans, helmets, animals, fire guns and other objects that offer risk to the event’s security won’t be allowed. No political, promotional or advertising material will be allowed, apart from the ones distributed by the event organizers.

Parking

There is no parking at the venue.

Climate policy

In the case of cancellations due to adverse climate conditions, there will be one reimbursement for the ticket in the case that more than 1 hour (consecutive or not) of play has taken place. In the case of exchange or return, the original ticket should be presented.
